Referrals

At Constables Estate Agents, we believe in transparency and acting in the best interests of our clients. While marketing your property, we may recommend third-party services such as conveyancers, mortgage advisors, or surveyors. In some cases, we may receive a referral fee from these partners. You are under no obligation to use any of the services we suggest, and any fees received will be at no extra cost to you beyond our agreed commission and VAT. In accordance with our terms of business (clause 21.1), a full list of our referral partners and any associated fees can be found below.

Solicitors

We recommend a number of solicitors locally, not limited to Taylor Brown Ellesmere Port, Wilde and Co Neston, MGC Neston and KMC Wirral. Our recommendations may be subject to change based on the lender a client is using, the type of case or their proximity to the solicitor. Whilst we do not take referral payments from most of these solicitors if a referral payment is paid, it will be up to a maximum of £250 per service and will be detailed in the schedule of fees provided by that solicitor.

Surveyors
If we are asked for a recommendation on surveyors, we may receive referral compensation to a maximum of £100 per survey. As all surveyors that we recommend pay referral fees and our governed by RICS this does not affect the ethicacy of the report provided.

Trade services 

For landlords there may be occasions whereby Constables will subcontract / instruct works to take place on properties, arrangement fees will be charged and detailed in our Landlord and Lettings Fee Schedule which can be found here
